Dr. Hannah Shorrock is a Postdoctoral Research Associate with Dr. Laura Ranum in the Centre for NeuroGenetics at the University of Florida. She received her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Synthetic Organic Chemistry from University College London in 2014. In 2017 she completed her PhD in the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at The University of Edinburgh under the mentorship of Professor Tom Gillingwater. Her current research focuses on the role of repeat-associated non-ATG translation in spinocerebellar ataxia type 8.
